Shipping & Return Policy – AMASHI.COFFEE

AMASHI, operated by P&R Partners S.A.S, is committed to offering a transparent, ethical, and efficient shopping experience. By placing an order through our website (www.amashi.coffee), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Availability

We work with microlots and limited editions, so occasionally products may be out of stock. If we cannot fulfill part of your order, we will contact you to offer:

  • Wait for product restock

  • A partial or full refund

  • An available alternative product

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service. This charge is paid at the time of purchase and itemized in your order summary.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1 Change of Mind

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is:

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

3.2 Warranty or Quality

Valid claims for defects or quality issues are accepted up to 90 days after purchase. You may choose:

  • Refund

  • Store credit

  • Replacement (based on availability)

4. Shipping Times

  • Belgium & EU: 3–5 business days

  • Colombia: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of the world: varies by destination and courier

  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

5. Address Changes

We can modify the shipping address before dispatch. Please email us as soon as possible: sales@amashi.coffee

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is delayed or considered lost, we will open an investigation with the courier. Once resolved, a refund or replacement will be issued.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

- Reject it upon delivery if possible

- Contact us immediately with photos by email

8. International Duties and Taxes

  • EU: VAT is included in the final price.

  • Outside EU: Your country may apply import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

  • If duties are refused and the package returns to us, only the product value will be refunded, minus shipping costs.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
